I have enjoyed managing and facilitating workshops in North Carolina and in The United Arab Emirates, which required professional organizational skills and preparedness for small and large groups of professionals. I hold a Professional Educator’s License from the state of North Carolina and am extremely passionate as an educator, know how to engage and challenge people so that they are relaxed and enjoy the environment that they are in for completion of work. DIRECTOR OF RECRUITING & ENGINEERING
Mr. Sublett is an engineering professional with over 23 years Fire Protection and Mechanical Engineering experience.
At Us Unlimited LLC Mr. Sublett is responsible for marketing, recruiting, interviewing, and placing engineers and other technical staff for both contract and direct hire positions with clients seeking technical resources.
Mr. Sublett also markets the company’s engineering project capability, bids on engineering projects, and manages the design project process and staff assigned to complete design milestones.
Mr. Sublett’s experience gained while working at 4 Nuclear Power Stations, Northrop Grumman, several Department of Energy Sites, and in the Food Processing Industry has provided him with a diverse background both as an engineering manager and independent contributor.
He has been instrumental in developing and managing teams in executing strategic designs. The results of his projects yielded significant cost reduction in manufacturing, mitigated design flaws, and new designs that resulted in strategic growth at the organizations he worked.
